Why Should You Pop In?
Libraries are more than just books—they are community hubs where you can find support in a friendly, non-clinical environment. These events are a fantastic opportunity to speak directly with professionals, ask questions you might have been putting off, and meet others in your community.
Most events are drop-in, but it’s always worth checking with your specific library branch if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you there and helping you take a positive step for your health!
