
The KCWG focuses on Jeong (정) and Heung (흥), two foundational pillars of the Korean emotional and cultural psyche.
The KCWG aims to promote the happiness and physical and intellectual wellbeing of its participants by organising learning activities such as language lessons, discussions about books and pop songs, and board game sessions. The day finishes with Korean national keep-fit exercises.
The group is open to Korean nationals who are interested in Korean, as well as to those who are interested in learning about Korean culture and language.

A shared reading of Living Young: Techniques and Exercises to Lower Your Biological Age' by Dr Lara Hemeryck and Anastasia Mabel, followed by a discussion of the passage read and pop songs, with coffee together.
