Auto-Renewals

From June 15th Kingston Library card holders will no longer need to manually renew books on the day they are due to be returned, they will automatically be renewed if you need a little longer!  

Please note exceptions apply:

• Items with an active request will not be renewed
• Board games are non-renewable
• Items with a hire charge will generate another fee
• Items will renew a maximum of 10 times

It remains the borrower’s responsibility to check that items have been renewed. Please sign in to My Library App or the Library website so you can check your account.

You just need your library card number and PIN.  If you are unsure of your pin number please contact: libraries@kingston.gov.uk for assistance.

Please note that items that cannot be renewed may incur charges if overdue.
